Don’t love it? Change it!

If your considering a return with us, we’d firstly like to say thank you for making your purchase. Nothing makes us happier than seeing you TAKEN your wardrobe to the next level ☺ The quicker we get this show on the road, the quicker you can shop for something else you love!

Let’s make this easy:

  1. We offer a store credit for full priced items returned within 14 days of delivery. This includes full priced items that used a promotional discount code.
  2. Chat to us at team@takenonline.com.au to receive your customer returns form. This will tell you where to deliver the goods!
  3. Package it up. You will need to cover the cost of shipping the item back to us, we strongly recommend using a tracking method to ensure its safe arrival.
  4. Store credits will be processed within three business days after your return is received and distributed to you via email . Store credits are valid for 12 months.
  5. Now let’s go to the post office!

NOTE:

  • We do not offer cash refunds or exchanges, unless the item is faulty.
  • Please keep receipt of your purchase.
  • Sale items are final.
  • Returned items must be received in their original condition with original tags attached. This includes their boxes or garment bags (if received).
  • Swimwear hygiene labels must remain attached in original condition.
  • Items can not be worn or washed and must not have traces of makeup or fake tan.
  • No traces of perfume, deodorant or other abnormal scents.
  • For hygiene reasons we cannot accept jewelry.

*This policy applies to change of mind returns only. It does not apply to Australian Consumer Law (ACL) claims. If you believe you have an ACL claim, please email us within 14 days. If we have failed to meet a consumer guarantee we will provide you with a remedy in accordance with our obligations under the ACL.
